Supra-key – Electronic lockbox which allows agents ONLY the access to a key in order to show your home. The lockbox will immediately email us with the agents name, phone and time of showing. We can require that they call you for an appointment before showing your home.
Feedback – Anytime an agent shows your home we will request feedback from them and their buyers to help us market your home more efficiently.
Weekly updates – We will contact you at least once a week if not more to update you on the latest activity and keep you informed.

Open House – Scheduled open houses with 2 agent’s onsite and we will provide free cookies and beverages. Deliver open house flyers in surrounding area.
Realtor marketing session – We will attend a marketing session with fellow realtors to inform them about your home and the special features it offers and explain why they need to show it to their clients. (Deanie has won an award for the best marketing presentation at one of the sessions)
Realtor Tour – Submit your home to the agent’s home tour scheduled that day for a designated area. A group of agents will caravan to homes submitted to the tour for the day. They will walk through and preview each home, give a written feedback report and vote for the best home on tour that day.
Team – Mortgage companies, title companies and inspectors; Available at any time to assist with different or unusual scenarios and answer questions.
