Suprkey – Electronic lockbox which allows agents ONLY the access to a key in order to view homes. The lockbox will immediately email the listing agent with our name, phone and time of showing. We are required to call some homes for an appointment before showing.
Realtor marketing session – We will attend a marketing session with fellow realtors to inform them about your search for a home and the special features you are looking for. Sometimes getting knowledge of a listing before it hits the open market.
Realtor Tour – We will attend a realtor tour in the designated area you are interested in. A group of agents will caravan to homes submitted to the tour for the day. They will walk through and preview each home, give a written feedback report and vote for the best home on tour that day.
Feedback – We will share our professional feedback on the viewed homes and point out any pertinent information.
Comparable property information – Before writing an offer on a property we will research the comparable homes that have sold in the area in order to council you on price and guide you to making a reasonable offer.
Weekly updates – We will contact you at least once a week if not more to update you on the latest activity and keep you informed.
Home binder –Once we find home you would like to make an offer on we will order a home binder which includes pertinent information about your home, schools, plat maps, lot size etc.
Home information- We will acquire as much additional information about the home as we can from the listing agent.
Buying process – We will walk you through and explain the buying process and time deadlines each step of the way.
Home inspection – We will help set up inspection appointments and attend the home inspection with you.
Referrals – We can provide a list of professionals for every aspect of the home buying or selling process
Team – Mortgage companies, title companies and inspectors; Available at any time to assist with different or unusual scenarios and answer questions.
